Q    How do I place an order?

A    Please use the Order/Question tab to make any inquiries or place an order with us for the items you are interested.

A      It's a spreadsheet shared online that is supported by google. We will send this to you as an order form for you to fill out with the necessary information (item links, max bids etc.) Any information will only be shared with the representative you are working with and Iori who will place your orders based on what the order form specifies.

Q      What is the domestic shipping cost ? How much does it cost on average?

A      When a seller/webshop ships your item to our business,the shipping cost from them to us is the domestic shipping cost. When we physically must go to a shop and buy an item for you, the transportation cost is the domestic shipping cost.  In the cases that shipping is less based on the seller's rate, we refund the difference or use it towards your international shipping costs.

Q      What is a bank charge?

A      When we pay through a financial third party, ig bank, post office, etc,, we have to pay a cost for that transfer. This is the 'bank charge' or 'bank transfer' fee that you will see on the order forms and is typically 210-300yen depending on the transaction.

Q      How do we estimate the total cost?

A      The total price is

      Item price + 600yen (domestic shipping + bank charge + our fee+paypal fees) + international shipping

      International shipping depends on your preferences (ex. insurance, SAL, EMS etc)

Q      Which  sites can you buy from?

A      We can get membership from any Japanese site. We already have membership at yahoo auctions, amazon.jp, mbok and numerous other sites.

Q      What do you sell ? (What can I buy from you?)

A      We are not a retail business, so it depends on what your interests and needs are. Since we are a personalized business, what we buy depends on what the demand is. We can typically get anything you for, as long as it is not illegal or banned from your country during customs.

Q    How do I join a Japanese fanclub?

A    We use our business address to register you under a Japanese residence, but your name, birthday, favorite member, and fanclub preference to fill out the application. It may take from 3 weeks to 3 months for your application to go through (at least for JE Fanclubs)  but during concert seasons, registration might be rushed so fanclub members may buy tickets for the upcoming season. 

Q    How do I get concert tickets?

A    If you have information already about on-sale dates, concert dates or any URLs with information, please send them to us so we know where and when the tickets will go on sale. They might go on sale online, in stores, or through auctions.

Q      What if i can't find the specific item I'm interested in? Can you search for an item for me ?

A      We can conduct casual research for you by request.  However, being given specific information or an item URL is preferable.

Q      How do I know you're trustworthy?

A      Please feel free to have a look at our customer feedback and testimonials to verify our legitimacy. The feedback from yahoo auctions and ebay shows a high record of fast and reliable service and our customers can testify for our service. If you are still concerned, feel free to email us or use the order/question page to contact us directly.

Q      When should I pay ? Do I need a deposit?

A      We ask for a deposit before we purchase any items you are interested in. (We have to have a way to pay for your items from their sellers.) If you are bidding on an item, your deposit would be your maximum bid+600yen. That way, once the item is won, we can immediately pay. When the auction ends, we will ask for the remainder of the payment (international shipping+paypal fees) . It is hard to calculate international shipping without having your item on hand, so we will do so once it arrives domestically. If you are buying from an online shop, your deposit would be the price of the item (if multiple items, the price+ 5% of the total instead of charging you 600yen PER item).

Q      Do I have to register on the "Guestbook" page ?

A      Nope, it's not necessary. It's only for fun but we'd love to hear from you!
